I am excited to have something to post for Mailbox Monday this week. Since I’ve had to restrict my book-requests the mail has been a bit depressing, but Saturday I received an autographed copy of Bad To The Last Drop by Deb Lewis and Pat Ondarko. Taglined as a “comically caffeinated caper,” this book centers around Pat and Deb, two women who frequent the Black Cat Coffeehouse and solve the mystery behind the
disappearance and murder of a regular at the cafe. The book is short, so I’ll be able to read and review it quick. But I think the best part is that there are recipes in the back! I’m assuming they’re for things the ladies eat at the Coffeehouse. I want to make sugar cookies and Wisconsin Cheddar Beer Soup!
Did you receive anything in the mail last week? Post your links here and at The Printed Page.

Bad to the Last Drop sounds like my morning coffee for sure! It also looks like a fun read. Enjoy!
I love books with recipes! I leave them looking like hedgehogs with all the sticky notes fanned out from their pages and then I never manage to try out the recipes. LOL!
This is the first I’ve seen of Bad to the Last Drop. I hope you enjoy it!
That book looks like so much fun – I hope you enjoy it!

I love mysteries with humor, so what you have written about it appeals to me! That soup sounds wonderful too. Happy reading.
