Why yes, I would love to read your book and write a review!

If you’ve got a book and you’re looking for a review, I’m here to help. I read most types of fiction and love writing reviews. I am honest though, so if you’re looking for constructive criticism good; but if you want an ego-boost I’m not the blogger for you. I’m by no means an expert, but I’d love to take a crack at what you’ve got and let you know what I think. I will post your review on my blog and all other websites I’m a member of (Amazon, LibraryThing, Shelfari, Goodreads, Barnes & Noble, etc.)

Please send me information about your book and if I’m interested I’ll let you know. I read books by release date and/or in the order that I receive them. Unfortunately I cannot accept e-books at this time.

Send an email to alayne(at)thecrowdedleaf(dot)com.

Have you since changed your policy on eBooks?

  3. Hi. I stumbled upon your pleasant site, read some of your reviews, and thought you might have the literary sensibilities I admire. “The Tale of the Rim” is my attempt, in literary prose, to display how heroism, fidelity, and sacrifice function to break the shackles of fear: itself the chief currency with which Evil acts. It is a high fantasy of alliterative prose (even a bit of short, scattered verse) wherein happenstance and moral choice drive the characters along interlaced threads toward unavoidable situations and confrontations, climaxing in a highly dramatic and tragic scene of victory through sacrifice.

I will send a print copy if you desire to R & R my book.

  4. Your site is beautiful and your reviews are very helpful. Thank you.
